Orders

Orders are confirmed after successful payment through secure Stripe Checkout. Product availability is limited and may change between releases.

Shipping

We currently offer free delivery within Singapore. In-stock lamps usually ship within 2–4 business days after successful payment. Hako is made in small batches, so if a release has a longer lead time, we will make that clear before fulfillment or contact you with the expected dispatch timing.

Returns & Damage

If your lamp arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Because Hako is made in small batches, small surface variations may be present and are part of the object’s making process. Change-of-mind returns are not automatic, but unused items may be reviewed case by case.
