A few practical details about bulbs, delivery, care, and small-batch variation.
Does Hako include a bulb?
No. Hako uses a standard E27 LED bulb, which is not included. We recommend a warm 3000K LED bulb for a soft ambient glow.
What bulb should I use?
Use an E27 LED bulb only. A 3000K bulb gives the warm tone shown in the photos; avoid incandescent or heat-heavy bulbs.
Is it suitable for Singapore homes?
Yes. Hako is designed for Singapore homes with an E27 socket and 220–240V compatibility.
What is the difference between Normal Switch and Dimmable?
Normal Switch is a simple on/off version. Dimmable includes built-in dimming control and should be used with compatible dimmable LED bulbs only.
How long does delivery take?
Hako is made in small batches. In-stock lamps usually ship within 2–4 business days within Singapore. If there is a significant lead time, we’ll reach out before fulfillment.
What if it arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact shop.shiroidesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced promptly, and full refunds are available where appropriate.
Will every lamp look exactly like the photos?
Small surface variations may be present because Hako is made in small batches. The overall form, glow, and finish are checked before shipping.
